Venezuelan, mom of Dylan, food lover and blogger at granreceta.com. No perfection here — just a lot of flavor and love.
Although I'm not a professional chef, my love for good food and the fun I have in the kitchen led me to create a space where I share recipes full of flavor, laughter and, above all, a lot of love.
I was born in Venezuela, but I've been living in Colombia for over 5 years — a country that has deeply shaped the way I cook. My cooking is a fusion of Venezuelan and Colombian flavors, where the culinary traditions of both countries come together to create delicious, one-of-a-kind dishes.
Being mom to my little Dylan is one of my greatest inspirations. Every day he pushes me to experiment and create homemade recipes that are as nutritious as they are delicious. We live with my husband, who is Colombian and works as a community manager, which keeps us connected to the latest trends — even in the food world.
On my blog you'll find simple recipes, traditional dishes, and also those kitchen experiments that sometimes turn into real wins (and sometimes into laughter, because cooking is that too). There's no perfection here, just a lot of passion for home-cooked food.
